Pros
Nothing at all except you just get the offer which is not worth even a single second of your time.
Cons
1) Not transparent at all. 2) Do not have any clients except two or three. 3) During interviews they lie about that you get so many projects to work on but actually nothing exists. 4) Communication is really poor and completely missing as such you get nobody to talk to face to face. Even response time to mails is poor. 5) After you are hired you are at your own they forget about you as in they don't even interact properly with the clients. 6) Big work permit issues with this company. Don't trust them. 7) Spontaneous deduction from your salary. Does not respect contract. 8) Very poor benefits. Even you need alot of permission to get one day off as sick leave. 9) They do not values their employees instead treat you as slaves. Believe me! Some managers like to give their work to you because they just want to sit idle and lacks knowledge and advanced skills. BIG NO GO ! And those who do not have permit to work don't even think to consider them as an option. It is a big waste of time and talent.
