Just like any federally health qualified center some patients are complicated without good insurance

Benefits- 401 k, life, dental, vision, accident union for some.

Very caty between workers. No communication between any location. When you make a complaint or notice something they tell you stay in your lane or not your job title but yet do it because you need to help. So if you take the job document EVERYTHING to protect yourself they will throw you under the bus twist your words don’t trust anyone. Union will protect their own even with police reports. There has been more then one case of discrimination of employees and threats police reports made and yet HR does nothing. Patients can make reports but unless you get a name nothing will be done or unless you complain to more then one manager/ location it never goes higher up.
