Pros
Good place to start your career to learn on the job, or to move here in managerial position from a foreign company, then you have chances of quick advancement given you have some connections.
Cons
Very greedy internal policies, no trainings, even coffee, tea bought by employers, ridiculous time recording system, if you are late in the morning even by five min, you are penalized by lower bonus. Management is Kazakh style, connections matter.
