Soviet Union style high management doesn't understand current job market proposing uncomfortable work conditions including such stupid factors as dirty old chairs, tracking working time on computer, non-flexible work schedule with cutting salaries in case of late in 5 minutes after 9:00 in R&D, writing explanatory documents even in cases of your innocence and uncompetitive salaries. Organisation has no vision about it's own strategy and absolutely resistant to new approaches and reformations which is necessary. Due to paper work and misunderstanding in the nearest departments it's absolutely impossible to operate effectively in your own area
