They don't value your time and don't pay much for layover and detention. If you're sitting in the truck waiting for an appointment or for dispatch you should be getting paid handsomely to insentivise the company to keep you moving. Instead, they don't seem to care because they shift the loss of revenue onto the driver. Pay bottoms out after the first year.
