Pros
One of the things I value most about my job is the people. I work alongside incredibly talented, mission-driven colleagues who genuinely support one another both professionally and personally, creating a positive, collaborative culture. I have the privilege of building meaningful relationships with our partners as we help their staff, students, and families deepen their relationship with Christ. I’m trusted to be creative, lead impactful projects, and contribute beyond my core responsibilities. Being able to pray with and for my coworkers is something I don't take for granted, and our leadership is approachable, transparent, and invested in our success. On top of that, the company offers outstanding benefits, fair compensation, and a level of flexibility that allows me to do my best work.
Cons
Because the company hires exceptional talent, the expectations are high and the interview process is rigorous. As a fast-growing startup, we move quickly, adapt often, and not every process is fully polished, which requires flexibility and a willingness to embrace change. While it's the best job I've ever had, it's also the most demanding. Success requires initiative, resilience, and a strong work ethic. You have to be willing to hustle.
