Employees are very friendly and welcoming! Management is fair. Work life balance is good

Benefits are too expensive. Would be great if management considered lowering them. No match on 401k

When I started I thought things were great. There were several changes made during my time there that significantly changed the structure in upper management. I really can't think of a pro.

Working onsite, there wasn't a lot of oversite from the corporate office, the onsite management was terrible to work for and the environment was very toxic.
