Pros
- good benefits - good pay - care about their people - want you to learn and succeed - looking to improve systems and processes constantly - access to senior leaders
Cons
- some outdated systems - team structure leads to getting spread a bit thin, competing priorities, can have some really congested times of the year and others with not much going on - some individuals stick around and should be let go, or others deserve a better title and more pay but there is a hesitancy to make changes - no real ability to stay past the Associate level, but connections made during tenure will help post HCP
