      > Salary On Time > Relationship with Employee and Management is Good > Work-Life Balance is good

      Cons

      > No Family Benefits were providing > Health Insurance Provided is not that good comparing to previous years > Salary Hike is Poor > No Yearly Flight Tickets were provided , stating its all inclusive of monthly Salary. > Current Trend of salary calculation is like 30% of total salary as basic and 70% as allowances, which is completely unfair

      Pros

      The people are good people, but after losing their leadership its not really going anywhere.

      Cons

      Whatever they share with you is just lip service, with no substance or backed up with any real evidence. There is no genuine interest to grow what they do or create better opportunities for people, just a case of come in, bill and dont cost us money, which I just business, but many other business have that goal but help you enjoy your time there and give you things to work towards.
