      Pros

      1. Never delayed the employee salaries. 2. Yearly team outing 3. HR team is very cooperative.

      Cons

      Don’t expect annual increment from halian. Before they use to allocate iftar budget but now they have stopped that as well. No benefits at all no travel ticket nothing Salaries are very low when compared to market.

      Pros

      The people are good people, but after losing their leadership its not really going anywhere.

      Cons

      Whatever they share with you is just lip service, with no substance or backed up with any real evidence. There is no genuine interest to grow what they do or create better opportunities for people, just a case of come in, bill and dont cost us money, which I just business, but many other business have that goal but help you enjoy your time there and give you things to work towards.
