The management was great and all of the engineers were very helpful.

Some times interns were left with little guidelines or work.

Values the employee and works to keep employees that are worth keeping even in a down environment. Management is open minded and listens to feedback although they may not act on it as quickly as you would like. Prioritizes the major issues and communicates those to staff.

Haldex is changing it's culture. For those who don't like change, this is not your company.
