- When the going gets tough expect silent treatment - Bullying in the office (even when reported nothing gets done about it) - Favoritism where accounts are concerned - Nothing is confidential when you talk to certain managers - Pretend to understand mental health despite openly contributing to the demise of previous employees - Drug and gambling culture - They have access to your work and private emails, they can access your machine without you knowing at any given time - WhatsApp groups created where people talk negatively of others in the office sending pictures around saying nasty things - They will do everything not to pay you out any monies owed when you leave even threatening legal action - Immature culture where people are more interested about their haircut fade as opposed to doing some actual work - Managers actually look forward to meetings so they don’t have to do any work - Limited social events outside of work - You are given a very small budget to entertain clients - Get questioned of your whereabouts if you have been on a meeting that has taken longer than expected - People openly mock and humiliate others in the office and find it funny
