      Good benefits, work life balance and pay

      Cons

      Mismanagement all the way from the top. Overhiring, sales goals at double projected growth, and minimal support with clear favoritism from the top that only enabled certain reps with additional inbound, partner leads, etc. with no regard to actual performance. 30% lay off in May 2026, many of whom had only started months or weeks prior. Good lower level management that tried their best to fight for change.

      Pros

      Strong mission dedicated to making ransomware history and our customers protected! First class benefits including free family PPO medical, dental and vision insurance, generous equity, 401k match and remote friendly. On top of that we have an amazing fun culture!

      Being a start up has it's challenges as we grow but it's been an exciting journey so far!

      Pros

      Pay WAS great, don’t know about now. Remote is also nice if that’s your thing.

      Cons

      HUGE layoff, most of whom had been at Halcyon for less than a year. Set goals wayyyy above projections and punished employees for not hitting them. Great people at the bottom, greed at the top. Highly stressful too.
