      CEO walks the talk and seems to genuinely care about her people and the company's culture. Very collaborative and engaged employees. Celestial Seasonings brand is enduring.

      Cons

      Top line sales continue to struggle after removing previous executive leadership team. Hain continues to cut costs and layoff employees to make bottom line.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
