Pros
I have had a very good experience at Hain. The Company has allowed me to grow in my career and expand my responsibilities. I find the management style very empowering. With a fairly new CEO, Hain is rapidly changing for the positive. Wendy Davidson is progressive, but practical. She has quickly established herself as someone who genuinely cares about her people and their work environment. I'm encouraged to see what lies ahead!
Cons
Hain is a small Company in comparison with some of the others I've worked for. Some of the systems have been a challenge in the past. But this is changing as well.
