Great company, great products and vision. Leadership is focused on growing the company, and they are committing resources to a solid long-term strategy.
Cons
Some IT personnel might be surprised at the relatively small size of the IT Department compared to other companies, but Hain has been actively investing in solid technology choices for the future, and there will be lots of challenging (and rewarding) work for the people who are lucky enough to join this growing company.
