Pros
If you want the ability to put your stamp on processes, this is the place to be. Since Hain is growing and constantly evaluating the business, there is a lot of room to grow and make an impact. What I have liked most is the amount of collaboration that takes place between multiple business units. Suggestions are not only encouraged, but are valued.
Cons
There are still many changes taking place as we become the lean, streamlined company we strive to be. This is one of the things I enjoy about working for Hain. However, I understand that this is not for everyone and some may see this as a con.
