Tips are good, bumping the pay rate from 11.50 an hour to 15 in a good week. The staff are wonderful and there's little drama Staff food, although it is batch-cooked
Cons
Management is incompetent The owner is a character and has shouted at employees causing them to quit stressful, too many staff on quiet shifts, not enough on busy
