      Only the Culture that inherited from France

      In 2018 India Hager National Sales Manger resigned, Regional Sales Manager resigned, Managing direction directly taking reports from ground staff and firing employees like nothing. Currently very bad Situation in India.

      Pros

      Had several years of great growth and employee culture.

      Cons

      Leadership appears in cruise control with little work ethic or passion. Virtually withdrawn from the Sydney sales market with majority of team leaving and not replaced for more than a year and no job ads either implying a lack of interest. Does not appear interested in competing or investing in the culture anymore.
