Pros
Great relationship with my manager. The company really seems to care about people. I was impressed with the way the org handled the pandemic crisis. Supportive and responsible. Overall, you need to work hard. But when you do, you are recognized and compensated. Positive patient impact makes it easy to care and commit to the job.
Cons
The products are clinically complex to understand. Learning curve can be steep. But once you are up to speed it can be very rewarding as you can really help patients.
