Pros
Great place to learn a variety of microbial assays and get your foot in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry! The employees are hard workers, they have a lot of pride in the work that they do. The lab team works close together to get the job done. Holidays paid, bonus and yearly merit increases.
Cons
Lack of advancement, mandatory overtime, upper management lacks communication with the laboratory staff. Work schedule is always uncertain, last minute weekend work, last minute schedule changes. Too many chiefs, not enough workers.
