Cons
HR is limited to employee attendance only. No focus on employee development and retention Career Development is not focused They do not have Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Outdated IT facilities) - highly demotivating Managers have favorites (as in majority of Pakistan companies), No Tea/Coffee, No sports/recreational activities, Need much improvement in their inter-departmental communication/coordination
