Pros

The office looks kinda good. That's it.

Cons

*Toxic Work Environment: Avoid at All Costs* Warning to potential employees: do not be deceived by the company's polished exterior. Beneath the surface lies a culture of neglect, exploitation, and broken promises. *Unacceptable Issues:* - No variable pay for over 1.5 years, despite employees' tireless efforts - Zero salary increments in the current financial year, ignoring inflation and cost of living - Gross lack of recognition or acknowledgement for employees' hard work - Insufficient funding, forcing employees to bear the burden of unsustainable workloads *Red Flags:* - Management's blatant disregard for employee well-being - Unreliable compensation structures - Unclear financial future *Advice to Management:* Immediate action is necessary to address these glaring issues. Prioritize employee satisfaction, fairness, and transparency to prevent further damage. *To Fellow Employees:* Your mental and physical health is worth more than any paycheck. Consider seeking better opportunities where your efforts are valued. *To Potential Candidates:* Protect your career and well-being. Avoid this toxic work environment at all costs. This revised review uses stronger language to emphasize the severity of the issues and warn others.

Pros

My journey from Executive Search to an in-house role here has been excellent. I’ve had the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and now report to the VP of People Ops, which has given me immense strategic clarity. The role offers end-to-end ownership. I drive TA across the board—from niche Leadership roles to mid/junior levels—while also managing team members and vendor relationships. The hierarchy is genuinely flat. Decisions are made quickly, and the pay structure (including variables) is competitive. Despite the startup pace, the culture is supportive and the general work-life balance is respected.

Cons

As with most growing startups, the volume can get high. You need to be prepared for the "startup hustle." While the current hybrid setup is decent (36 WHF in a year), I believe the company could benefit from offering a bit more flexibility regarding Work From Home days to further improve employee satisfaction.
