Pros
Great people all-arround the company. You can really make friends with everybody, Country Manager included. They listen to you and try to meet your expectations, if they can.
Cons
Salary for once. Working here, there's a good chance you get a low pay-check, being part of it in cash, which will definitely make a difference if you get sick (and later in your retirement). Being a small company, they will have some trouble relocating you into another project, if the current is not good for some reason. They try, but struggle.
