      Pros

      Overtime if you want it, free lunches sometimes, cheap vending machine beverages.

      Cons

      Outdated management style, Job title changes but duties stay the same or you get added new duties on top of your old ones, very little vacation time, zero sick time, parking is congested, and equipment is heavily outdated.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. As a manufacturing engineer you get a well rounding experience that allows you to get hands-on assembly/troubleshooting experience, tool design experience, and new product implementation experience. The pay is competitive with monthly bonuses as well as annual bonuses and the 401K discretionary contribution by the employer ends up being higher than the average match offered by other employers. Overall, Haas is a great place to work!

      Cons

      The only con in my opinion is that the company is moving production to Henderson, NV.
