This is a non-profit organization, so the benefits of being able to help the clients with their needs is the biggest incentive to working here. The majority of the employees are so easy to get along with.
Cons
They have the tendency to hire people without testing their knowledge of the programs we're required to use every day. Human Resources plays favorites. Administration doesn't take the initiative to be present for their employees. There is an abundance of nepotism in upper-management. The lack of concern about employees quitting and others taking up double the responsibility is astounding, as is the absence of motivation to fill the empty positions in a timely manner.
