Pros
In my opinion only, looking back there isn’t a lot of things that I’m happy about. If I had to pick one thing it would be the fact you can work from home. But this isn’t even an advantage anymore as a lot of companies offer this.
Cons
The management team are so selfish and do not care about the staff. Their demands and expectations do not align with the pay they are offering their employees. They make it seem like it’s a privilege that you get to work from them and expect you to be OK with all their demands. Pay isn’t good but they make it seem like it’s very good. Work place culture is unacceptable, seniors would swear etc in the office and this would set a negative workplace environment. Managers would swear at you if you do something wrong, instead of speaking respectfully. There’s a lot of other thing which I wasn’t happy with but I don’t want to keep going. Again this is just my own personal opinion and thoughts.
