      Pros

      Got to learn and refine my selling techniques at this job, which I was able to transfer over to my current career. The commission structure is also another nice touch, as it helped to motivate myself and the team.

      Cons

      Long hours, lack of social life. But that is retail in a nutshell. Dont let this discourage you as i enjoyed my time.
