Not worth it for the salary - Supervisor HUGO BOSS Employee Review

Not paid enough for the stress that the role created. Was told by my manager that supervisor is the hardest job because they are expected to do the highest sales AND do managerial work like deal with unhappy customers and do admin etc. I was 20 at this point and was being paid the same amount as a 25 year old regular sales advisor so no level ground for salaries.
