Good work culture and helpful teammates. The training process is structured and helps improve communication and problem-solving skills. The management is approachable and gives timely feedback. A good place for freshers to start their career in the BPO industry.

Cons

Work hours can sometimes be long during peak days. The salary could be better compared to the workload. Career growth can feel slow if you stay in the same process for a long time.
