      Pros

      Good work/life balance and benefits - plenty of PTO days, 401k matching and a 'relaxed' office environment

      Cons

      US subsidiary works under a complex and unclear umbrella of the German parent company - makes for difficult coordination and yearly company goals. Internally, the company seems split between different positions and does not work well as a team. There are rare opportunities for vertical growth within the company.

      Excellent Team Leader, very friendly senior employees, work balance is just perfect, work is interesting and you will be a part of a global company. You might get to learn German

      They should publicize more such that people will now that it is a part of a global leader in waste water management-Huber SE, Germany

      Allows independent thought and appreciates various ideas to approach problems. Great team environment and culture.

      Cons

      Can sometimes be too lax in the work place for those who desire high pressure and work cycles. Additionally tasks can be kept simple, which is a good and a bad.
