What's even more disheartening is the feeling that HUB is intentionally tearing itself apart. It's painful to witness an organization that once had so much promise fall into a state of disarray. My experience here has been nothing short of disappointing. I feel compelled to share my thoughts in this Glassdoor review as a warning to potential employees. The lack of clear direction and vision trickles down to every aspect of the organization. Team leads and managers seem to be more interested in preserving their own positions than guiding their teams towards success. It's nearly impossible to follow a target that keeps shifting, and this lack of leadership leaves employees feeling lost and demotivated. At HUB, I expected to find a nurturing environment that would encourage growth and new ventures. Instead, I've encountered a company that seems to have lost its appetite for growth altogether. It's as if HUB is intentionally stifling its employees' potential, leaving us feeling trapped in our current roles with no clear path forward. Setting and achieving targets at HUB is like trying to hit a moving bullseye blindfolded. Goals and objectives constantly shift, often without any explanation or rationale. This lack of consistency makes it impossible to plan and work towards meaningful accomplishments. It's incredibly frustrating and demoralizing.
