Pros
The manager in personal lines is Amazing. I have also known all the managers at HUB by name and they are truly all very good. Amazing benefits as the company pays a huge part of that cost on behalf of the employees. This can equate to up to $400 a month in savings for benefits that hub covers depending on what plan you pick and what extra options you want to buy, and there is lots of pick from (5 plans to be exact). HUB Is HUGE on diversity and I love that about HUB International, it is about the right candidate for the job and If you are I encourage you to apply. I only gave work / life balance a 4 but mainly because of me, I like to work on weekends a bit but it is NOT a requirement of HUB, and they do want you to have a good work/ life balance and do frown on you working on weekends.
Cons
Yes it is a corporation (if that is a con) but within the corporation I do consider myself part of an amazing team/family and I would do anything for my group of co-workers. Money- we would all like to make lots of money but being in this business as long as I have, I am more than happy with my pay.
