Because of the Company’s great culture, pleasant environment, excellent salaries and benefit package the employee retention rate is high. Turn-over is not.

There are not any “cons” really significant enough to impede the great culture and positive working environment. HSU recognizes deficiencies when they occur and acts on them immediately.
