Pros
people are in general nice
Cons
I was there for 3 months. Was told a lot of things in the interview process that were just straight-up lies when I started working. No project management, no idea where work items came from, no idea where work went when I was done. It took me over 3 weeks to get my computer set up to start working and the how-to document to get setup was 60+ pages and was written by the guy who started a few weeks before me. God bless his soul. The application I was working on was an absolute cluster. Written in multiple languages and frameworks and taped together to the point it just barely worked. I think every time a new technology came along they wanted to try it but didn't want to rewrite it. So the base was in ASP.net and had some written in Knockout, some written in WinForms??? and newer stuff trying to be written in Vue.js. I could not get out of there fast enough
