      remote work, good benefits, salary as well.

      Selective leadership... you should never, under any circumstances, complain to HR about abuse of power or poor management because they will inform the manager and engage in gossip among themselves, and you can already imagine what will happen. Everyone only cares about their own interests. Be careful! A golden tip: create a persona, don't be friends with anyone.
