      Pros

      Good work life balance. Good team to work with. Constant get togethers of senior management with different regions.

      Cons

      Company is still in the growing phase and at times it seems like some of the common MNC practices are not followed in the organization. Senior management needs to hear out there resources more to understand their problem and requirements. Very less hike.

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
