Pros

Great work from home and the customers are nice most of the time. Supervisors are all awesome. They give you a lot of room to grow into your new role.

Cons

Time on calls are monitored and want you off in 2.5 minutes not sure what kind of customer service you can do in 3 mins.

Pros

This is a trash company and job. They dropped all raises and bonuses to everyone except the CEO who lost over $2Billion with a B in less than a year, hides $400 million from federal bankruptcy court then gives $11 million of that to himself. Fraud and why they being sued by US Trustees of the DOJ over lies to cheat employees in filings. Google it.

They tell u to lie and cheat old people. ESP w this bankruptcy. No morals or ethics at all here. Constant lies. Raises and bonuses banned but for bozo the CEO. Actually laying off and firing so your job won’t last past Christmas. It’ll be chpt 7 liquidation soon and this scam will not exist anymore. Garbage benefits that don’t pay claims. Google reviews of Voya and Sedgwick. Working here is the worst.
