      - very approachable owners and management who are genuinely keen to hear and implement your ideas and suggestions - great development in coaching techniques and learning how to approach problems and leading people to their own insights - everyone employed is very smart and nice and you will likely gain some good connections

      Cons

      - Recently there have been quite a few changes which has been annoying - not much career progression - max 3 years. If there are current team leaders in place not much opportunity for moving up in the ranks

      - Really flexible shifts and a positive work environment - Lots of young coworkers who are also at university so it has a fun social aspect - Learn great techniques for learning that can be applied during university studies as well as future careers - Hands on boss who took the time to get to know each employee

      Cons

      - Only between 8 - 20 ish hours rostered a week as there is a lot of staff
