Stable job, you can go to sleep from 9 to 6 and you'll never get fired.
Cons
First level supervisors (internally they call several names: like TPM, BCG5) are like bad babies: they don't know anything, they don't work and they think they are gods. But their manager are even worse: they think they are blue blood, trying to avoid to any task. Also mistreating they people is common practice in this company.
