      Job rotation makes you learn most of the processing work Online courses through intranet gives you knowledge about banking field like money laundering etc.

      Cons

      Long hours of work and less appreciation and motivation to employees. Strict rules that might effect life outside work like use of mobile phones

      Pros

      Paid great money until they were caught for predictors lending. Legally,they hoy a slap in the wrist, but they were fined heavily.i would work for them again but f given the opportunities. They had awesome company trips as well.

      Cons

      Came to work one day and they just had the keys changed and the doors padlocked.
