Pros

Excellent team who all want the best for each other - healthy competition to push you to be the best The more you put in the more you get out of - very rewarding if you’re willing to work for it Lots of training to help you thrive Incentives to help motive you and a good commission structure.

Cons

Can be challenging to get to grips with everything but being an active listener and motivated will diminish this.

personally I love it, but not for everyone.

Pros

Offer one if the highest housing stipends and work with many large institutions.

Cons

Not available for support when truly needed. Basically want nurses to give their all, but management doesn't always have their nurses backs.
