Good place for work - Frontend Engineer HRM Labs Employee Review

- nice coworkers - sometimes there's food, drinks, tea, coffee, but not that much

- Micromanaging CEO and frequently using caps to in group chat - CEO is not competent - Management could be better - Late payroll/payroll (there was a time we got the salary on the 10th of the month!) - No training - Low pay with no bonus (only THR) - Use our own laptop, you won't get anything from this company, nothing. The laptop was really bad and some of them are broken! - Office is not proper, rented a coworking space where it can only fit 12 (and it's really packed!) people, and we are 18-20 people.

-Supportive working environment and leaders -Growth oriented, great opportunity for people to learn and grow fast -Dynamic work environment and start-up culture -Work life balance is maintained -No need formal suit

Still a growing company, eventually will need to hire more specialized staff and create specialized division in the future.
