Not what is says on the tin - Consultant HRC Recruitment Employee Review

Complete missell of what I believed I was joining, the person I joined did not have the experience and connections initially made out. Confirmed I could WFH, until I joined and was then advised I could have 1 day a week for 3 months (after I basically begged due to the cost of travel) and then it would progressively increase. Very false environment. Ridiculous KPI’s that don’t accurately reflect each individual industry. Very micromanaged (send daily plans to be checked). Stuck in old way of recruiting and lack up to date technology like LinkedIn recruiter.
