It’s true that our company is experiencing rapid growth, with over 1,800 employees now spread across 22 countries. This expansion, partly enabled by fundraising efforts, allows us to compete with major IT consulting firms on the global market, which should be a source of pride for all of us. We acknowledge that this growth can sometimes distance us from the close relationships we had when the company was smaller. However, it also brings new opportunities for our employees, such as sharing experiences with colleagues in other countries and offering career advancement within a rapidly expanding group.
