It’s true that our company is experiencing rapid growth, with over 1,800 employees now spread across 22 countries. This expansion, partly enabled by fundraising efforts, allows us to compete with major IT consulting firms on the global market, which should be a source of pride for all of us. We acknowledge that this growth can sometimes distance us from the close relationships we had when the company was smaller. However, it also brings new opportunities for our employees, such as sharing experiences with colleagues in other countries and offering career advancement within a rapidly expanding group. Pros

- A few good apples making the work bareable - Good way to learn fast

Cons

- Some colleagues were absolutely rude for no reason. - HR person could not care less about their job. - Unacceptable conduct from higher ups at company events! (Harassment) - Loads of work given from directors with no billable hours for it, them being judge for having low billability. - Projects, more often than not would run out of hours. - Lack of appreciation for their employees. - Insultingly low salaries!! - Absolutely no accountability of poor management. - Glorifies working on weekends and after 5pm

While consulting can have its intense moments, we do not glorify overwork and are actively working with leadership to success manage workloads and billability. Unprofessional behavior is never acceptable, and we strongly encourage reporting through our confidential channels. We currently recognize team members in our monthly meetings, but we hear you, we will encourage managers to improve day-to-day recognition as well. Our salary scales are reviewed every two years against industry benchmarks, and we’re confident they align with the market median. HR Path team
