Small company where each team member has a vital role in the success of the organization and has access to the senior management / partners. There is an open door policy by management and individuals work well together. The company is very trusting of its employees and gives you autonomy to problem solve / be creative in your work. In addition, our clients are excellent to work with and its great knowing you are helping them run their business. We have a very professional yet lighthearted staff. We have a lot of fun when the time is right and the company has events organized throughout the year.
Cons
If you like working at a big company, then this would be different. It's not a con, but you need to do more here to ensure items are done since its not a big company where a lot of people are in a similar role. However, this gives you more opportunities to succeed and learn more about the business, rather than just one segment of it.
