There is nothing good about the company.

*No salary hike. *A few selected employees only get a hike. *This office is full of internal politics. * The worst part is the office location. *I have seen lot of people join and leave the company on their first day. *Please have on hopes from HR

It is great for young and fresh faces to start their careers, as they care a lot for internal talent development.

However, the micromanagement starts to show when you reach management level, as there are a bunch of meetings and report you'll have to answer to the top management. There arent many bonuses apart from sales commission. And the bonuses are hard to get as kpis sometimes are unachievable.
