It's technically wfh but there's constant meetings and micromanagement which make it difficult to focus.

My experience at HPC Solutions was extremely disappointing. The company fosters a toxic environment, where employees are treated unfairly and with little respect. There's a clear lack of regard for people's well-being, and the company seems to only care about you when it's beneficial to them. They will use you for their own gain and discard you without hesitation if they no longer see value. The lack of inclusivity and empathy makes it difficult to feel supported or appreciated here.
