Pros
There was good training from senior level employees. Good place to start out and learn technical skills. One manager I had was a very genuine person and invested heavily into my professional development.
Cons
No innovation. Management only promotes people based personal connections and not contributions. Wage increases and bonuses were socialistic in nature, not tied to individual contributions. CEO and upper management became very focused on DEI and social issues. This distracted from building the business. The company has no respect for its employees, forced the covid shot on people, and demanded the work force celebrate things that violate their conscience. The company implemented hiring practices that discriminated against white people and males.
