      Pay increment is bad, was given 4.6% after turning down another firm that offered me more than 8x that percentage increment! Did not bother to treat loyal employees fairly Hard to fire under-performers Not robust enough in rooting out problematic employees

      Globally recognized company. Good work/life balance. I don't feel micro-managed in my role. I appreciate the benefits.
